Once you decide to go ahead a pre-session questionnaire will be sent to you. All sessions begin with a short free assessment meeting that can be held in your home, office or a cafe. It is designed to determine your wishes, discuss session options and form an action plan. Apart from ‘Sixty Max’ all services can be taken as a two hour, half or full-day sessions.

If you would like me to consider other factors such as mental/physical health or budget, please get in touch. I will do my outmost to tailor a session and price to meet your circumstance and requirements. I work closely with all shopping venues to achieve the best collection for you and do not receive brand or shop commissions. The decision of what / if to buy, is a true reflection of your personal choice.

Cancelation Policy - Vouchers are non refundable. Up to two weeks before session date no charge. Within one week of session date a one-off charge of £75 will apply.
